What does a typical Mastin Fitness program include?Our programs are comprehensive and include personalized workout plans with strength training exercises, cardiovascular conditioning drills, and stretching routines. We also provide nutritional advice, regular coaching and progress assessments every 4-6 weeks to ensure you're on track toward your goals.

3. Can I customize my training program?Absolutely! Each program is tailored to your fitness goals, lifestyle, and preferences. Your coach will work with you to design a program that fits your needs while maximizing results.

4. What is the Accountability Food and Cardio Journal?The journal is a daily log where you track your nutrition and cardio activity. It helps both you and your coach monitor your habits, ensure adherence to the program, and make adjustments to maximize progress.

5. Can I change my scheduled session times?Yes, you can reschedule, but changes must be made before 6 PM the day prior to your appointment to avoid being charged for the session. Reach out to us as early as possible to adjust your schedule.

6. What if I’m a beginner or have never worked out before?No problem! Our coaches specialize in working with clients of all fitness levels. Your program will be designed to match your experience and build your confidence, ensuring steady and safe progress.

7. What happens if I miss a scheduled one-on-one?The session will be counted as used if you cancel or reschedule after 6 PM the day before your appointment. To maintain progress, we encourage you to try to reschedule your one-on-ones as early as possible.

8. Can I transfer my sessions to someone else?Sessions are not transferable unless we provide written consent. Contact us if you need assistance with this process.

9. Can I freeze my membership?Yes, we offer a freeze policy for members in good standing. Freeze requests require at least 10 days' notice and are subject to specific limits based on your membership term: 3-month membership: 1 week freeze 6-month membership: 2 weeks freeze 12-month membership: 4 weeks freeze

10. Can I cancel my membership?You may cancel your membership under certain conditions. The conditions are as follows: Within 3 days of signing your agreement, upon proof of disability or death, or if Mastin Fitness closes. Early termination is available for a fee of half the remaining balance on your agreement.

11. Do I need to have a medical clearance to join?By signing up, you confirm that you have no health conditions that would make exercise unsafe. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider if you have concerns about starting a fitness program.

12. What should I do if I’m not making progress?Progress requires consistency and commitment. Follow your program as designed, including workouts, cardio, and nutrition. We reassess every 4–6 weeks to ensure your program evolves with your needs. If you're still unsatisfied, our satisfaction guarantee may apply.

13. What are the payment policies?All sessions are pre-paid, and payments are non-refundable. If a payment is denied, a $25 service charge applies. Late payments may lead to suspension or termination of your agreement.
